Promotional offers are only valid within the limit of the period of validity of the offer concerned and of available stocks. The prices are not contractual and can be modified during the year, without notice.

NB: For bulky and/or fragile items, shipping will be paid for by the buyer upon receipt of the item.

However, we reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a payment arrears or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason relating in particular to the abnormal nature of the order.

PAYMENT BY CHECK OR ORDER

It is due after confirmation of the order by the customer within seven working days. After this period, Brocanate may cancel the order. Sending a check or money order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale and will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

The invoice will be sent to the customer, if he so requests. NB: VAT not recoverable

WITHDRAWAL

Buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to Brocanate for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. .

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made to the address indicated during online payment (PayPal secure solution) or by check which can only be in the "Euros" zone and the United Kingdom. The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of Brocanate. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are only indicative; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

You will be delivered within an average of 10 working days from receipt of your payment.

Packages will generally be sent by La Poste (Colissimo or Letter Max)
